Delivery and returns

Delivery

 When ordering goods in the dviraciudalys.lt online store, the Buyer can choose one of the following delivery methods:

 1. Delivery to the address given by you via Venipaks parcel service. The ordered goods will be delivered by LP Express courier to the given address within 2-3 working days after order confirmation. You will be informed about the estimated delivery time of your shipment and the shipment number  via SMS.

 2. Delivery to LP Express parcel self-service terminal. Your shipment will be delivered to the selected LP EXPRESS parcel self-service terminal within 2-3 working days after the order confirmation.  When your parcel will be delivered to the terminal, you will recieve an  SMS message with the door opening (parcel pick-up) code. LP EXPRESS parcel self-service terminals are open 24 hours a day and 7 days per week, so you can pick up the shipment when it is convenient for you.

 3. Delivery to Venipak parcel lockers. Your shipment will be delivered to the selected Venipak parcel locker within 2-3 working days after order confirmation . When the shipment is delivered to the parcel locker, you will receive an SMS message with parcel pick-up code.

 4. You can pick up the goods free of charge at the address:  Vilties 24A, 29107, Anykščiai, Lietuva.

Return / exchange of goods

  1. Return and replacement of goods is carried out in accordance with the Minister of Economy  order No 217,  June 29, 2001,  approved  "Rules for repayment and exchange of goods" and the Minister of Economy Order No 258,   August 17, 2001, approved "Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are made using communications equipment"
  2. The Buyer has a right not to give the reason for returning the Goods, informing the Seller thereof within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the good or from the time of the picking them up at the office.
  3. The Buyer has a right to return a defective product by writing to the Seller by telephone  or by e-mail indicating the reason for the return of the goods. The seller is responsible for defects in the product that occur within two years of the sale of the product, unless the law or agreement provides for a longer period. The buyer can choose either to replace a defective product free of charge with a quality item or to demand payment of the money paid for the item and for delivery. The buyer also has a right to contact the seller regarding the reduction in the price of the low-quality product.
  4. The returned item must be in the original, orderly packaging, not used, intact, not lost in appearance and in the same set as the buyer received. The changes in the package necessary for inspection of the product are not considered to be a material damage. The cost of the return of the Goods must be borne by the Buyer.
  5. Return of the goods must be accompanied by the purchase document.
  6. The seller undertakes to return the money to the Buyer immediately after the acceptance of the item, but not later than within 2 business days.
  7. The Seller has a right not to accept Goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with  the procedures for the return of goods set out in points 4 and 5.
  8. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the colour or other parameters of the goods in the e-shop  may not correspond to the actual size or colour of the   goods   due to the features of the equipment used by the Buyer.
  9. Returns must be delivered to the Seller to JSC Imenza, to  Vilties str. 24A, 29107, Anykščiai, Lietuva.
  10. Relationships arising from these rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
  11. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. The buyer can use the Electronic Dispute Resolution or the Consumer Rights Information System. Failing to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
